• Pregnant women and guests with serious back, neck, or heart conditions are not recommended to participate.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes or secure sandals.
• Helmets must be worn throughout the activity.
• The operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
• No refund for late arrivals or no-shows.
